Paris Europlace conference in Zurich

Under the chairmanship of François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor of the Banque de France and member of the ECB Governing Council, Paris Europlace and the French Embassy in Switzerland and Liechtenstein organized a conference in Zurich on September 8, attended by over a hundred participants.

At this, Paris Europlace's very first event in Switzerland, the Governor underlined the need to better mobilize savings to strengthen Europe, recalling the key factors in the attractiveness of the Paris financial center. Following a presentation by Paris Europlace on France's strengths, a representative of the ACPR explained the regulatory and supervisory framework for financial players setting up in France.

Numerous exchanges took place at the end of the conference, confirming the interest of Swiss investors and companies in developing their activities in France.
